  Service is very slow and the place seems extremely disorganized. I ordered my food 15 minutes before I showed up and I'm still sitting here 15 minutes later. Noone else is here btw 🙄

  NASTY ATTITUDES!!!!!! Every time I come into this location, they are arguing with a customer. Today, I ordered a cold cut combo and made it a meal plus added 4 cookies for $18.08. when I went to grab my chips, the lady started to yell at me.You didn't order that or pay for it. Another customer said to the worker she did order and pay for that. Im tired of this location yelling at its customers. You customers are literally the ones paying your bills and yet you treat us like were an inconvenience for you

  Went in the other night to get a blt. The lady was on her phone taking a call. Didn’t even say hi. Just gave me the please hold finger. Then when she took my order she put it in as a vegetable delight with extra bacon (I never asked for extra bacon) so my total was almost double. I used to come here all the time. The old staff was amazing, but I have not seen them in a while now.

  I stopped by at around 9:10 pm on the way home from the gym, which closes at 9. I’d never been to this location before so I checked what time it was open til on Google and double-checked on the door before walking in (both said 9:30). When I entered, the one girl working there told me that the store was closed, to which I replied with confusion that it appeared to be open and that the hours were listed as being until 9:30. Clearly upset and annoyed, she said something along the lines of fine, if it’s just you I guess I can serve you, but when I got closer I could see that she’d already put away all of the ingredients. I felt weird about the idea of standing there while she angrily took everything back out, so I just apologized and said not to worry about it and left. I totally understand that working the store alone must be difficult and that she just wanted to finish up her shift and leave, but store hours should accurately reflect what time a place is open to serve customers.
