I stopped by at around 9:10 pm on the way home from the gym, which closes at 9. I’d never been to this location before so I checked what time it was open til on Google and double-checked on the door before walking in (both said 9:30). When I entered, the one girl working there told me that the store was closed, to which I replied with confusion that it appeared to be open and that the hours were listed as being until 9:30. Clearly upset and annoyed, she said something along the lines of fine, if it’s just you I guess I can serve you, but when I got closer I could see that she’d already put away all of the ingredients. I felt weird about the idea of standing there while she angrily took everything back out, so I just apologized and said not to worry about it and left.
I totally understand that working the store alone must be difficult and that she just wanted to finish up her shift and leave, but store hours should accurately reflect what time a place is open to serve customers.
For the longest time this was my main subway. Come in at least once a week and order delivery for lunch with coworkers. Something happened over the last 6 months. The orders are consistently not being made correctly. I've sent emails to the owner with no response. Today was the last straw, as I placed an order online and it was accepted. Then suddenly, the order is canceled. I called the store and no one answers. Apparently they are closed although they are listed as open and ate accepting orders. I went to the washtenaw store and thats where I'll be going now.
Made a cold cut wrong tried to tell me it only gets certain\nVegetables forgot to put my slanty or my ham on my cold cut the worst experience.I've ever had in a subway

I have been going to this Subway as long as I have worked at one of the neighboring businesses which is almost 5 years now. It’s not often that I run into issues there, but I do understand things happen.
Unfortunately though, the issue that occurred today could’ve easily be prevented had opening procedures been followed correctly.
I had placed an order at 8:32am since both Google and their app show they open at 8:30am. I got finished with my own opening tasks at a neighboring business within the same plaza, and walked over at 8:50 to pick up my order. I arrive to the door being locked, and the open sign off. I then walked back to my store to call and see what was up, and I was then informed that they would come unlock the door for me. At this time, it was already 8:55am, and I now needed to stay at my job to assist customers. I wasn’t able to make it over to retrieve my order until 9:13am, and by this time it was room temperature. I’m unsurprisingly disappointed with my experience this morning, and will be questioning whether or not I place future orders at this location 😕.
TL;DR:
They were not open on time at 8:30am to reflect their hours on their app and Google. Because of this, I was not able to retrieve my order within a reasonable timeframe and my food became cold.

I understand when your new and you tend to make mistakes, but there are two new people that made all the mistakes tonight.. I asked for a salad bowl I got half of a bowl of food I had to ask for more..with large pieces of ham and cheese not cut up to salad worthy. Also I did not get silverware or salad dressing such humongous big deal I couldn’t eat!! Until I got everything together.. We also got two foot-long sandwiches and my boyfriend sandwich was mushed and as flat as a flatbread sandwich when he ordered wheat bread, I am very disappointed with today’s servers and I would definitely like a replacement because the food was terrible
