  Beverly was absolutely amazing, I explained my issue and she immediately knew what I needed for my Jeep. Extremely kind to my young child and she even ensured I was using the product correctly before sending me on my way. I don’t frequent Ann Arbor much but would love to see her at my store near the Romulus area. As a woman, I trust female auto specialists more with my vehicle. Thanks Beverly!

  They had multiple items I grabbed having the wrong price tag. The sales associate was kind enough to go back and check on the price tag for me, and agreed that it was their mistake. When he asked his manager to change the price for me, the manager took everything I grabbed and said they aren't selling any of those to me and kicked me out of the store. I wasn't even giving them a hard time. Don't understand why he had an attitude for their own mistake. Terrible service. Would never come back here again.

  Horrible customer service. The clerk would not take back new auto parts that did not fit and treated me like a liar. We have a corporate account at O’Reillys, and we recommend anyone thinking of this going to this Advanced Auto Parts to go to O’Reillys instead.

  Got a phone call reminding me to pick up a scan tool I bought, told them I'd pick it up today, woke up to a 'order cancelled' email...like 2 hours after they opened, and 11 hours before they closed. Showed up when I was sent the 'order is ready for pickup' email, only to be told they didn't have the item that I had ordered, and they told me it was ready as they were ordering the tool to be shipped. Took 20 minutes to buy oil while waiting for one guy to buy 1 thing, probably won't come here again.
