  One of the rudest customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Originally went through the drive-through and was completely ignored, so I eventually had to park and walk inside just to place my order. The employee didn’t even say hello, and I had to repeat my order three times because he simply wasn’t listening. He then got annoyed with me for asking for the sub to be toasted, saying I should have told him at the beginning. The sub wasn’t even made properly and was falling apart. Basic respect and decent customer service shouldn’t be too much to ask. Do not recommend this location, go to Jimmy Johns next store.

  I loved my previous experiences, but a new girl started training and got her hair in my food :/ She didnt have her long hair tied back at all. Half way through my sandwich I noticed each time she bent down to get the requested item, the bottom of her hair would curl up onto my sandwich. I didnt have a hair tie on me sadly and it looked like she didnt either or I wouldve said something. I ate a few bites before thinking about it too much and ended up only eating the butt ends of it. Kinda upset about it still and it happened yesterday.

  Pulled in at 8pm, seen an employee up front but when I got out the car they went to the back. I stood inside for about 10 minutes before I started ringing the crappy bell they provide. After 20 mins of waiting inside and yelling for help I left and went to the one further down 28th street. Meanwhile my boyfriend went next door for jimmy John’s and had great customer service!! The employee should’ve just turned the sign off and locked the door if they weren’t going to work anymore. Very rude!! And I hate making complaints!

  James and Malik were the greatest couple of hard working young men I think I have ever come across. They were super respectful, very attentive to their food and workspace, we even got to laugh during our interaction. It was an 11/10 experience and will be returning to this subway all thanks to James and Malik!
