  Im just trying to figure out why we have to wait 10 minites for them to finish the online orders before we get service as a walk in?

  Despite the Johnny's conveinece stores being so nice and clean, the subway area is always dirty. Every time I go there, the service is slow and appears to be undertrained and under staffed. They're at desperate for employees that they have no customer service skills, no eye contact, no smiles and they can't even say the subway script stuff. If I didn't get discounts on the app and it wasn't on my way home from work, I'd bypass it completely.

  KJ made my order today- very polite and friendly! And they are one of the few subways that still have pizza!!

  Ordered catering at the last minute for 20 people. The manager took my order and had it ready within an hour. Food was great, service was excellent. Highly recommend!!

  the two young ladies on first shift with glasses are the best it’s always a relief to come in and see they’re running the line. they have lines of 6+ people out the door within minutes, more kids need this maturity and skill.
