  Very disappointing experience. The customer service was extremely poor, and the staff were rude and unprofessional. On top of that, the orders took far too long to be served. The overall service needs serious improvement. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this restaurant.

  I ordered my food through wingstop website for delivery and somebody stole my food through wingstop but through DoorDash. When I called the store they said there was nothing they could do but refund me my money and I wouldn’t get it back for 6-10 business days I’m highly upset cause I waiting almost an hour and now I can’t purchase any food because I spent my money on food that wasn’t even going to come anyways I’m so over wingstop and DoorDash.

  They forgot some of my wings then I had to drive back 25 minutes to go pick it up. Nobody asked me was there anything else they could do to compensate me. They Could have threw in a side of fries or something to show yall actually cared... yall messed up and I had to come back and get the rest of my order. Not very good Customer service

  Ordered a simple plain chicken sandwich. Please tell me how I ended up with 2 chicken strips on a bun ??? This place use to be bussin. Not anymore.....
