Hello,
I wanted to share my recent experience at the UPS store in Wixom. I stopped by to drop off some return packages, and from the beginning, the customer service representative had an unfriendly attitude. I first tried using the kiosk, but it didn’t work for me, so I went back to the counter for assistance.
While he wasn’t speaking loudly, his tone and body language—such as rolling his eyes—came across as dismissive. He asked about my package in a rude manner, and although I tried to be understanding and assumed he might be having a difficult day, the interaction remained uncomfortable.
After he printed the labels and handed me my copy, I stayed to ensure the labels were placed correctly on my packages, as is usually done in front of customers. He appeared confused and continued to show a negative attitude. When I tried to politely clarify, he told me to leave.
Because the labels were not applied in front of me, I became concerned about my packages being mixed up. I returned to the store to request that they not be mishandled. I also called the store to ask for the owner’s contact information, but I was told it could not be provided. I was informed that the owner is usually present around 9 a.m.
I have been coming to this location for years and have always had positive experiences with the owner and other staff members, which is why I hesitated to leave a negative review. However, I am genuinely concerned about how my packages were handled, especially my Macy’s returns.
