  I always receive courteous and professional customer service! Every time. Even when buried in boxes, they are calm and efficient. I sure hope “corporate” gets their renovation completed soon. They deserve a better environment.

  The location has apretty bad service. Theere are always 2 guys in the counter but only one guy takes care of the customers other guy will always be clearing boxes and stiff even in peak winter hours when it's cold outside they wouldn't take care of customers they will just work on packaging boxes and making customers wai long. The guy who is packing the boxes Aaron always rolls eyes when you have questions and never takes care of the customers

  Shitty service. A friend of mine paid $30 for urgent delivery of a letter to this branch. Not only did no one notify me that the letter had already arrived at the branch, but they also charged me an additional fee for storage.
