  I do a weekly online order at this location and normally it's great. Today however the crew working is ignoring their online orders. They are clicking them as complete in the app without ever starting them. This is not acceptable.

  The food is not good. The last two times we’ve gone, our subs have been soggy even after getting them toasted. It’s not from them sitting either — we watch them make the food and go home an eat (2mins away). I don’t know why they’re coming out so gross and soggy, but it’s really disappointing and unfortunately we won’t be back.
