  Very horrible experience. As a person who is in customer service I'm disappointed at the way the store handled their problems. I purchased a bmt footlong and half of my sub had a hair in it. I discarded the food and kept my receipt. I call them and the manager says he can't do anything about it and neither will the owner. Very unprofessional , rude and dirty. Please avoid going here...:
