  Andrew at the Westland location on Wayne Rd was extremely helpful with pricing out a purchase. He was patient and kind even when we realized we wouldn't be able to make the purchase that day.

  The cricket dealer's are always there if you want to buy a new line but at the moment when you need to cancel it then they tell you to call Cricket. Then need to wait online to get service. Coorporate America - the customer is not the king. It's outsourcing to the customer, the customer is doing the foot work.
