  Had an issue getting an eSim swapped from one Cricket branded Motorola phone to another. Stopped in. Hope, the lady working, had an issue also, but we came up with an idea for just getting a new Sim Card for it and all is good. In and out in about 15 minutes. She was also setting up another persons phone at the same time. Store has just about every accessory for mobile phones including a control addon to turn your phone into a gaming device. I was also surprised to see Cricket still offers flip phones as they had one on display that I noticed while I was there.

  Hope is a wonderful person ,she does a wonderful job. She needs a raise and help in the store and a paid vacation.

  Hope is by far the most helpful person I've met in a phone store. Without her help we would not have converted over to cricket! She made the process seamless. Further, she recommended the AT&T internet, and it has been an absolute GAMECHANGER! Was previously on spectrum and the service was ridiculously slow. Overall 10/10
