  I am so appriative to the staff that helped me today. I am so sorry that I cannot remember their names. I was panicking about packages being shipped from NYC on Sunday 8/2/26. They both deserve raises!

  Terrible customer service. I came here to drop off an Amazon return in its original box. However, the older male staff member refused to accept it, claiming it wasn't the original box because my name and address weren't printed on it. I later confirmed with Amazon that it was indeed the original box it was delivered in, and there was no outer shipping box. His claim makes absolutely no sense and clearly shows he has no understanding of how Amazon returns work. He was extremely unhelpful and blocked a legitimate return for a completely fabricated reason. Save your time and go to another location.
