  Be aware they charge a $3 service fee to make 80 cent copies for you. At FedEx you operate the copier yourself and it only cost 23 cents for black and white copies and 73 cents for color.

  I had such a great experience at the UPS Store thanks to Mark! The store was super busy with a lot of people waiting, but he handled everything so calmly and efficiently. He was multitasking like a pro while still being kind, patient, and attentive to everyone. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers. Even with the chaos, he stayed positive and made the whole process smooth and quick. Mark is seriously such a sweet person and an amazing worker—he made a stressful errand way easier. Definitely deserves recognition!

  Lareina, thank you for exemplifing excellent customer support & service. Hopefully, this UPS location knows just how much of ann asset you really are. There were multiple staffs on board at another location I went to earlier that day & none of them were willing (too busy to greet customers as they walked in) & capable/knowledgeable of returning equipment. I have to leave after some time went by. So glad I did. This location is much better...from parking to receiving professional services to exiting from the building with satisfaction. PLEASE KNOW, one person at this location outshined ×3 at another.
