  I frequent this location for far too many Amazon returns. I have mentioned to my husband multiple times that I wanted to speak to a manager but for all the good reasons. Every single person here is friendly, polite, and extremely helpful. Keep doing what your doing, nowadays you don't see this kind of customer service most places.

  My favorite UPS store. They are always fast. Usually a couple minutes and I'm out the door.

  My husband and I use this store very frequently for a variety of services. I have to say that ALL the guys who work there are so incredibly kind and helpful. Today Noah helped us but they are all so nice. I struggle with all the technology involved in all these transactions and they can help me every time! Always with a polite smile!!!

  The UPS store on 5119 Highland Road in Waterford MI., is staffed with the most helpful, knowledgeable and nice employees. I return a lot of items that don’t work or fit and I rarely have to wait, most of the time I walk right up to the counter and are taken care of. They are fast, friendly and fantastic!
