  I’ll start off with Steve the manager was as helpful as he could be. But the employee Jeff the shorth gentlemen with the beard was beyond rude an unhelpful slamming keys down typing in my information when HE sold me a battery the previous week and said I could get money back if I brought in my old one and when I come in to do that there was ZERO record of me purchasing it meaning he didn’t put me in the system somehow and never gave me a receipt so I assumed it would be online and when I come in to exchange it and am talking with his manager he’s standing behind him scowling rolling his eyes and sighing absolute WORST customer service I’ve had at any automotive store wouldn’t even get wiper blades here…

  I've had a great experience with the team , I've been going there for at least 15 years, very helpful and they know what they are doing at the Waterford MI store on Dixie Highway. Steve is an amazing manager and very helpful! Thanks to all the staff all day long.

  They put trash cans on the public storefront And then some greasy little troll comes out of the store and yells at you not to use them lol. I’ve been a customer here since 2012 ish. Probably will just go to the closer autozone here on out.

  Mark waited on my friend & I. He put my wipers on & was super nice, very kind.

  They didn't want to put my windshield wipers on my superduty. it was too tall for them and they didn't have a step ladder. although o'reillys has done it several times over the years.
