  Wouldn’t recommend this place there are plenty of other local auto parts shops like Mazza Auto Parts not only do they have employees that know what they’re talking about, They also actually are polite and seem to care about the issue you’re having with your vehicle the gentleman that work at this location are more concerned about taking smoke breaks standing directly in the front door. That’s just what I wanna breathe when I walk into the building is a fat cloud of cigarette smoke. Or you have the gentleman who spends the majority of his shift working on his black Jeep grand Cherokee in the parking lot I’m sure his employer doesn’t wanna pay him to work on his own vehicle. I doubt that’s in the employee handbook. This store needs to be wiped and have an entirely new staff hired. Ernie Lease Was taking this seriously at first, and then he decided to back off, so I guess he wants to pay his employees to work on their own vehicles in the parking lot and allow the other ones to smoke cigarettes standing directly in the doorway. I would literally fabricate my own parts before I ever purchased something from the store again and I spend thousands on my vehicles over the course of a year. Good thing autozone is right up the street

  Shout out to John who helped me add refrigerant to my car this last week! This location and excellent customer service saved me from having miserably hot car rides for the holiday weekend.

  I’ll start off with Steve the manager was as helpful as he could be. But the employee Jeff the shorth gentlemen with the beard was beyond rude an unhelpful slamming keys down typing in my information when HE sold me a battery the previous week and said I could get money back if I brought in my old one and when I come in to do that there was ZERO record of me purchasing it meaning he didn’t put me in the system somehow and never gave me a receipt so I assumed it would be online and when I come in to exchange it and am talking with his manager he’s standing behind him scowling rolling his eyes and sighing absolute WORST customer service I’ve had at any automotive store wouldn’t even get wiper blades here…
