    The scanning machines were not working. Employee had to scan my documents and without telling or informing me about additional charges, he charges me $7.50 as an additional scanning fee. He couldn’t explain why and he claimed it was because he had to use an external drive or additional technology fee. Your machines don’t work and the customer pays extra? Makes a lot of sense. I will never use UPS Store again. This is why I go to Fedex.

    I'm a big fan of the people working at this location. The new owner takes customer service seriously. I go there frequently and am always treated with kindness and a friendly smile.

    I got really great service. Customer service was awesome. They took extra caution and steps to send my box to my daughter without any damage. I recommended to use their services and I am planning to use again & again in future
