  The people were nice. The service was slow. Probably due to all of the Doordash and call-in oders. The chicken wings did not look appetizing and were cooked too long.

  They hired the rudest & laziest people to work here. I just tried to call & place an order but was told they only take online orders because they are short staffed. I told the girl I couldn’t place an order online because where I was I was having a hard time getting WiFi, but she pretty much told me that was too bad for me. I then told her the amount of time it took us to have this conversation that she could have punch in a few buttons on her computer & had my order taken so then she hangs up on me. I tried calling back to ask for a manager, but she keeps picking up without saying a word & puts me on hold & leaves me on hold. RUDE! LAZY!! The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! It’s like they don’t want the business. I’ve never heard of a food place that turned down business & turned away customers & money. I am shocked by the way this place treats their customers. I would like to speak to someone at corporate or a manager but the girl won’t stop putting me on hold so I can’t get it. I have spent so much money at this establishment, but never again. I am now driving out of my way to the Gratiot location that DID take my order & answered the phone with great customer service. Shut this place down if you don’t need the business!!! Oh and fyi: every time I’ve ever gone inside to pick up an order the place is a disgusting mess & the employees are all sitting around playing on their phones instead of cleaning the place up. I’m absolutely disgusted at how I was treated today, but no problem, I’ll spend my money elsewhere if that’s what you really want. I’d give zero stars if I could. 😡

  I walked in to order dinner and was rudely told to place an online order. Thought it was odd but I was hungry. I sat down and started making a cart but I looked around and saw how many people were waiting around for their food. Not one person in the lobby was eating! This location is extremely slow! I snapped out of it and went somewhere else. I’d love to support this location because they are close but they don’t act like they want our business. Popeyes is down the street, so I’m good. I won’t rate on the food since I didn’t get to eat anything.
