STILL trying to receive my package; and if it were up to me? I would have chose fedEX to deliver to me. "Delivery from 11am-3pm", but my step father arrived at my house around to pick something up 5:30-6pm and still no delivery attempt note. You can't electronically sign for it; but they can't sit here and deliver within the timeframe? I can't even rely on them if it said 3pm delivery time to tell my mother to sit at my house for a measly hour when I go to work. You can't request an earlier delivery time. Your delivery notice link doesn't work. And I'm certainly NOT spending $18 to change an address that's a mile in a half away. Pathetic

Usually, I have nothing but good things to say about this UPS. However, today is different. If you have a large package or heavy package to return do not expect any kind of help whatsoever. They will give you a dolly and stand in an empty store and watch you struggle with the door. Otherwise, they are awesome.
