  The customer service provided by Anthony and Joe was exceptional. Their helpfulness and expertise in their roles were greatly appreciated. I recommend considering a bonus, raise, or paid day off for their outstanding performance.

  This store is great! Joe helped me shipped my wedding flowers and he was so kind, patient, and helpful. Would recommend using this location for shipping needs! :)

  Not my usual UPS but was in the area to return Amazon returns. The desk dude scanned my return code but didn't stick on the package. In my Amazon acct it doesn't show,'dropped off' nor does it show tracking info on receipt. I asked him about the labels & he just mumbled. I got home & realized my 2 returns were listed as, 'offline label printed'. So 8 hours later there's still no update to my $70 worth of returns. Needs to be returned by May 22. Never going there again.
