  Agree, they make their own hours. Guess nobody wants to work. Says they’re open til 10 on subway app and Google. Put an order on subway app. Arrived before 9. Show up and everything is locked and no answer at drive thru. Caught girl throwing boxes out the drive thru window and she said they close at 9, I said so you never made the sandwiches? cuz this was put in at least 10 mins ago. She said no, she didn’t get it. Order was at their address…She said we can come get it in the morning.. I asked how to cancel and she said we could change the address on it, lol nope.

  They have meal deals and I wanted one without the meat and was told I couldn’t just order my sandwich and they keep the meat. That’s crazy! The attitude of the Indian female was TERRIBLE. She was rude and nasty to everyone in line in front of me as well. Corporate definitely needs to just close the place DOWN!

  I don't think anyone works here.I've put in orders via the kiosk and waited ten minutes and was never greeted.So I just left

  Every time I come there, everyone has such a wonderful attitude and the store is always clean. The food is always fresh. I recommend everyone go there.

  Placed an order for a rotisserie chicken 12" sub on the drive thru kiosk. Price listed is $11.99. Get to the window to pay and its now $13.99 before tax. When asked they say that the system is old and not updated. I point that its not wven the sub I requested they say its what gets put in for chicken because they dont have a tab for the chicken sandwich. I say its illegal to say the price is one thing and charge another and they just reply with take it up with corporate. Refuse to honor the price they advertise
