The young man(#6545) who helped me was kind and polite. He may have worked a little slower, but that wasn't an issue for me. My concern was that I received coupons specifically for this location, and he didn't know how to apply them. Instead of honoring the coupon, I ended up paying full price for my sub because he said the system wouldn't allow it.
I've never experienced this problem at any other location. The main reason I stopped in was because of the coupon, especially since there are several other sub shops nearby that I enjoy. Employees should be properly trained on how to process and honor valid coupons. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I won't be returning to this location.
