  I live in the mist of options of AutoZone, O’Reillys this that Walmart, but I make my choice to go to ADVANCE AUTO PARTS parts. Literally a half a block away from me⁉️💯 it doesn’t matter what day or time of the day. Those guys in there are never Dry They always have great energy, always helpful and have great customer service. It’s really a drag to walk into any business and not be greeted or inquired if you need any assistance or help but when I go here, I could be outside minding my business and they’ll come outside and help me out like. Hey you should do this. It’s a little things that count for me🥰 you guys see you soon. FYI word to the wise. Do not come at the last minute. You will be A SOL. But I’ll be back open the next morning.😜

  Extremely poor experience. Advanced Auto Parts claims you can return a product if it fails, but when the part I purchased did fail, my return was flat-out denied. Instead of honoring the return policy they advertise, I was forced into a replacement for a product I did not need, since I had already purchased an OEM replacement after their part failed. This feels misleading at best and dishonest at worst. To make matters worse, while an employee was checking my battery, they held my spare tire directly against my car the entire time, showing zero care or awareness for customer vehicles. That level of carelessness is unacceptable and could have easily caused damage. Between the misleading return policy and the lack of basic respect for my vehicle, this location has completely lost my trust. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this store to anyone who expects their policies to be honored or their car to be treated properly.

  I came in on a Sunday and needed a battery ASAP. It was very cold, dark and nearing the end of the night. The woman behind the counter was very kind and the manager Romero installed the battery for me. I was in a tough spot and they were very helpful. I cant thank them enough ❤️

  Be careful buying anything from these low budget auto parts store, if you need to return something, they will never allow it. Cody (if thats even his real name) is the rudest person ive ever met. I doubt he will last
