  I recently needed to purchase a new phone and was very pleased with the overall experience. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous from start to finish. They took the time to answer my questions, explain my options clearly, and ensure I felt confident in my purchase decision. Their customer service and product knowledge made the process smooth and efficient. My only concern was the inability to view or handle the phone before completing the purchase. While the staff provided helpful information and descriptions, having a display model or another way to physically examine the device beforehand would have enhanced the buying experience and provided additional confidence in the purchase. Overall, I had a positive experience and greatly appreciated the professionalism and assistance provided by the team. With the addition of an opportunity for customers to see the product before purchasing, the experience would be even better.

  Went in to cricket store today to upgrade my phone!! Young lady working was absolutely Fantastic! What a great attitude! Answers all questions promptly and helped transfer pics numbers to new phone without hesitation!! Definitely recommend this store on Alpine!! Not use to this great service these day's

  Gabby was awesome! We went to a different Cricket to activate our phones and she messed mine up horribly. Gabby knew exactly what to do and fixed it so fast. We will only be going to this location from now on.
