  Very pleasant service from the employees who are helpful and honest. Cricket has a price that can’t be beat for cell service & I’ve never been anywhere where I don’t get service that other people do. Customer of 9 years and will continue to be.

  George is the manager on Alpine and did a great job at porting over my phone, number, and new service. Very knowledgeable and informative! We have four lines for $110. Cricket uses AT & T cell towers and data, so coverage is solid. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to save dollars on their plan! Tell them I sent you! 😊😊

  I recently needed to purchase a new phone and was very pleased with the overall experience. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous from start to finish. They took the time to answer my questions, explain my options clearly, and ensure I felt confident in my purchase decision. Their customer service and product knowledge made the process smooth and efficient. My only concern was the inability to view or handle the phone before completing the purchase. While the staff provided helpful information and descriptions, having a display model or another way to physically examine the device beforehand would have enhanced the buying experience and provided additional confidence in the purchase. Overall, I had a positive experience and greatly appreciated the professionalism and assistance provided by the team. With the addition of an opportunity for customers to see the product before purchasing, the experience would be even better.
