I placed an order on the app for delivery. The order was over $70. When I received the order there was no ranch that I ordered or the french fries I called the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager. The manager picked up the phone told me I could come pick up the food that they missed. I told them that was no longer convenient since this was over an hour ago and the food was already here in cold. I asked for a refund she said she would be happy to refund me for the fries and the ranch and then proceeded to just hang up on me not give me any refund or anything of the sort. Would love to speak to somebody about this and receive my money back as I am not happy and did not receive what I paid for.

Honestly me and my girlfriend are both a vegetarian and one a vegan so we're not really into eating of the wings but we did notice they had french fries so we stopped in to try them out and we will be back for sure some of these flavor choices for the French fries alone is worth stopping by picking up something to snack on if available I would definitely suggest the citrus mojo with that said I do want to say that the folks working there and the atmosphere was amazing they were fast friendly and accurate with their order completion once again I will definitely stop back here again for the fries alone
I walked in to pick up the order, I was greeted and after a few moments an employee had asked me how they can help. Very quickly we couldn’t find my order and she walked me through trying to find the order because they didn’t see my name. I am new with the app and accidentally scheduled my food to be picked up at 6:30 and not ready at 6:30. They were so sweet and understanding and quickly pushed through my order and cooked it. I know it’s a chaotic area but everytime I’ve come in here they’ve been amazing! I wish people would appreciate them more often. Thanks Wingstop.

My first visit. I had a gift card and the young lady wasn't sure of how to process, so the manager came and very kindly and efficiently gave her instructions. She spoke very kindly to myself as well. These types of interactions have become few and far between..but this was a good people moment. My sandwich on the other hand...totally my fault didn't care for the sauce. Please give accolades to the young employee and her supervisor. Visit was 4-1-26 approx 4:30 pm. Belleville Rd store.
