  I was gifted a necklace from Tiffany and co. By my sister. She purchased the necklace on the 7/17 for my birthday 7/20. I had the opportunity to wear it on Sunday 7/26. After one wear it tarnished overnight. I was completely shocked by the condition of one wear. I am very responsible and careful while handling jewelry especially for delicate jewelry. Immediately, I contacted my sister regarding this matter in hopes to resolve this issue together. We went to Tiffany and co. Yesterday afternoon to discuss options, possibly refund or exchange. Of course, we were denied. Everyone was nice! But, I am dissatisfied with the outcome. The length of time wasn’t considered, nor the minimal use of it. We brought it back with original packaging, gift/original purchase receipts and photos with proof as listed in the guidelines for return/exchange policy. Again denied!! Tiffany and co. Is timeless but the quality has declined. It’s unfortunate! Just to include a young lady, same day, at Nordstrom compared her 16 years old necklace to my week old necklace and was in disbelief about it. Seriously, I’m very disappointed ☹️

  customer service has really gone down. they used to polish your jewelry for free, now they charge you. and if they send it out expect to wait 3 wks or more. * even if they tell you they will rush it (they wont) they dont seem to care how you feel AT ALL anymore since the link provided for feedback on their email receipts no longer works. I also submitted an online complaint which was never addressed. its a real shame when an institution like Tiffanys unravels. (they were bought out by Louis Vuitton)

  Client service at this location is sub-par and does not match brand expectations. I was never contacted when my wedding band returned from being sent out to NY to be engraved. I had to call the store a month later and the phone rang for over 5 minutes. I called back until someone finally answered and told me my ring had been sitting ready for two weeks… Why would you not contact me?! I drove straight there to find myself as the only client in the store on a Thursday evening. The client experience alone made me regret my purchase. I can’t return it now because it’s been engraved.
