    AWESOME LOCATION! Food is freshly prepped and cut DAILY! Bread and cookies freshly baked every morning Service is A1!! Coolest crew in troy! Cleanest store in town!! Always come to this location!! And remember that google reviews are never always accurate😐🫣😉

    Najman Kas, You are not being very honest in your review. You came into our location and went directly to the bathroom, which is kept locked and is posted on the doors that our policy is that the bathrooms are for customers only and will be opened AFTER purchase is made. Unfortunately, we felt that we needed to implement this policy after several occasions of finding drug paraphernalia in the bathrooms. After you discovering that the bathrooms are locked and posted for customers only, you came and asked to use the bathroom at which time you were advised of our policy. Then your wife came in and was told the same. She was being rude and kept interrupting the customers that were in line ordering trying to get us to unlock it. She was told several times that she could go to the register to purchase something and we would be able to unlock it. You and your wife then left the store. It was 20 minutes later that your “nephew” got up and proceeded to walk to our back room that is posted for employees only and was threatening to physically assault my employee (I won’t repeat the actual words). I told him to get out of the store several times, then he also threatened to assault me and proceeded to call me a few names. We absolutely do save the videos for our cameras which show the WHOLE INCIDENT, and not just small video that your nephew made. After reviewing the cameras, we have determined that the employee did not do nor say anything inappropriate. We do however appreciate you providing your name in this incident. With that, the video, and our camera capturing your nephews car and plate, we can now proceed with the Troy PD.

    I am writing to formally report a very disappointing and unacceptable experience at this Subway location. I visited the restaurant with my wife and my 3-year-old son. I politely asked if my child could use the restroom, but the employee refused and said I must place an order first. We complied, waited in line, and when it was our turn to order, the employee still refused to serve us properly and insisted that payment must be made first before even allowing basic restroom access. The behavior we experienced was rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking basic customer service standards. As a paying customer with a small child, I felt disrespected and treated unfairly throughout the entire interaction. What made the situation worse was the tone and attitude used, which came across as intentionally dismissive and discriminatory. No customer should be made to feel unwelcome or humiliated for simply asking for basic assistance, especially a family with a young child. Another customer witnessed the situation and stepped in because the treatment was clearly unacceptable. I also have video evidence of the incident and expect that the restaurant management preserves all security footage for proper review. I am requesting that management takes this matter seriously, investigates the employee’s behavior, and ensures proper customer service standards are enforced. Experiences like this damage trust in the brand and should not be ignored.

    Came here for the first and last time. Food was good, but for 20 bucks, expected more of a filled sub. I asked for lots of topping and got next to none. They are so cheap. Ate my sub and still feel hungry. Not coming back here.
