    I had a really frustrating experience at this Subway on Sunday around noon. I placed an online order 30 minutes before coming in, but when I walked into the store, the lady working there was just chatting on her phone and hadn't even started making my food. She only began working on it once she saw me, and to make it worse, she only made one of the two subs I ordered. I had to wait another 10 minutes for her to make the second one, bringing the total wait time to 40 minutes for a simple order. The store wasn't even busy, yet she tried to claim she just received the order. It was super unprofessional, and she clearly didn't care about customer service

    Irene, the solo server on a busy Saturday morning, deserves a raise. Being by herself, she still did awesome serving the many customers in the shop at the time, she should get more recognition than this Google review.

    Me and my boyfriend walked in and there was nobody up at the front, no problem, we rung the bell and it took a minute for the woman to walk out. When she started my boyfriend’s sandwich she took about 3 whole minutes to put 3 toppings on it before she turned to me to start mine. She got my bread out and stared at it for a second before asking to use the restroom, mid making our sandwiches. I understand you can’t control your body, but I find it unprofessional to do so whilst making our food, at least go before you help us, or if you were quicker you’d have been able to after making our order. Not to mention that the vegetables looked like they had been sitting there for days, wilted and gross. We left immediately. Did not even want to try the sandwiches or wait there for 30 minutes on our two sandwiches.

    Why have a subway location if you’re not going to participate in subway club? Waste of my time driving over here. Then the employee wants to tell me about another subway location that they own in a Walmart that isn’t even close that does participate. How ridiculous.

    I don’t understand why they even bother opening the door every time I go I don’t come back for at least a year always nasty vegetables and lousy service
