  This was my second time buying a wallet from YSL first time was easy, second time was so unprofessional. I was told it’ll be shipped to my house 5 days later to me, I still don’t have it 12 days later. Now i’m going out of town without a wallet just because Dimitri was making empty promises left and right.

  Charlotte helped me out the first time I was in. I found my size and ended up buying Opyum Pumps that fit great! When my friend Angel wanted to look at their shoe collection, I took her to this location and got Charlotte's help again. She is awesome. Thank you for the great service!
