  Not my usual FedEx location but had to make a stop and met an absolute angel named Duane. He helped me with my Amazon returns and was so kind and happy. We need more people like him in the world.

  Duane is so kind and inspiring. I genuinely enjoy coming to this FedEx location because of how welcoming and positive he is every time I visit. He goes above and beyond to help, always has a great attitude, and truly makes a difference in the customer experience. Employees like him deserve to be recognized, thank you, Duane!

  9:33am / Wednesday December 31st, whoever this big lady is working behind the counter needs to be trained on customer service, when someone walks in smiling & greets you, you don’t completely ignore them & just stare at them, didn’t say anything back at all, then stands directly behind me from the counter just starring. Weird

  I visit this FedEx location multiple times per week and I have a positive experience every time. The employees are always very friendly and so helpful. I'm glad this is my local office!
