  Such a great place with a helpful and friendly staff. I was struggling to find a place to print a cardstock flyer because most sites default to printing 20+ flyers and charge you for all of them. The staff helped me in minutes and printed out exactly what I wanted in the exact quantity I wanted. I'll def be back!

  Manager works Duane to death and treats him like garbage. There were 9 people in the store. I thought Duane was the only staff in store and happily waited 13 minutes at the counter while he helped all 9 other people figure out how to work the printers and copiers. When he’s done, I give him my name for the print order. He’s clearly overworked because he asks for my name 3 times, with a minute break between each ask as his fingers tap the keyboard, before pulling up the order. He brings it out. Half is right, half is wrong. He tells me he can’t refund the wrong half because he didn’t do the print himself. This is a policy that the Dearborn, Grosse Pointe, and Sterling Heights stores do not have. He hems and haws, telling me I can come back tomorrow to return them. That doesn’t sound right. It is at this moment that the manager decides to come out front. Forget the fact that Duane could’ve used his help for the previous 16 minutes. Ignore the fact we’re 15 minutes from close and the manager has been leaving his sole employee out to dry. The manager says that the 8 1/2 by 11 print matches the order according to his sheet. My receipt does not have 8 1/2 by 11 anywhere on it. He says the order is correct. I push the incorrect half onto the floor and take the correct half. As I’m leaving out the door he shouts he’s “happy to help.” Only demons treat employees and customers as poorly as the manager of this location. I will be doing all my printing at Staples from now on.

  Update! I came in today and once again, I received exceptional service and help from Connor and Doug. They went out of their way to help me and I really appreciate it. Everyone that works here is extremely friendly and pleasant Thank you Connor for being so kind and helpful. I really needed help opening the door ( post surgery limitations). He was really nice and helped me

  Not my usual FedEx location but had to make a stop and met an absolute angel named Duane. He helped me with my Amazon returns and was so kind and happy. We need more people like him in the world.
