  Horrible experience and no wonder why this store has so many negative reviews… it’s their store leadership.. my experience was completely ruined by their store manager and I believe her name is Vickie. She thinks she is doing favor of their customers by being present there at the store, somebody should tell her that she gets paid for her job.. anyway went to UPS and got the job done. Thank you UPS.

  If I had a choice I would not have came here. The worker who helped me had poor customer service. She was rude and quick to get me out the door. I just had a simple letter to send out with the labels printed and ready to go and she was real snippy getting it together. No excuse for this behavior in a field where you work with people.
