  I had an amazing experience at DHL thanks to Chris. I came in really stressed about an international express shipment and timing was super important! And he genuinely had my back from start to finish. He made sure everything was done properly, got the shipment out exactly when it needed to be, and even helped me out with a discount, which I honestly wasn’t expecting at all. If you’re going to DHL, Chris is 100% the person you want helping you. Absolute top-tier service.

  The dhl employee mixed up the envelope and send the wrong one, my receiver got some paper inside the envelope instead his passport

  No wonder this has so all the positive reviews. I visited this DHL facility earlier today. As per google the lunch hour is from 2pm to 2.30pm however it is actually 2PM to 3PM so the door was locked when I reached there at 2.45PM. However the gentleman working over there graciously opened the door for me and took care of my shipment request with a smile on his face. Whoever is the owner of this facility needs to hire more helping hands as usually only one person handles all the operations here.
