  DHL system says its ready for pick up but actually package has not arrived. They system has glitch and I need to comeback on other day. Very inconvenient.

  Diana was above and beyond. Was my first time getting helped at this DHL and was the best experience ever. She was super friendly, took her time to accommodate my needs and helped me through every packages I had to mail overseas. Thank you again Diana for everything
