  Friendly staff and plenty of them. Very unlikely to have to wait. You can return Spectrum equipment here...That's way better than going to the Spectrum office in Traverse City. It's always backed up. You get a receipt for your Spectrum equipment return that shows the serial number and tracking number. Perfect!

  5 stars for Heather and Alex! Heather helped us trouble shoot shipping express over the holiday weekend with her excellent customer service. It was a complicated order and she was very patient and supportive. Thanks to Alex for the help on some of the details.

  Extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient staff. We had a great experience. I'm reading some of the poor reviews and honestly feel like those must be for a different store. Maybe customer attitude and approach has something to do with it.

  I called the store looking for information on my package that was supposed to be delivered and the man who answered said nothing and immediately hung up, then when I called back, assuming the call had dropped, it had went straight to voicemail. I called back again and got the message saying my number had been blocked. Very professional service as I'm waiting for mobility aid equipment and can't get information on my package. The folks at the 14th street location on the other hand were very helpful and professional. if you are going to mail through UPS either go into the store directly so they cant hang up or just go to the better location downtown.
