  Recently I had several packages that I needed to send out and I was stuck in traffic and would not make it to the store by 6:00pm. I called and explained the situation. The store owner did not hestiate to say to just come to the store and we will let you in. He pleasantly scanned all my packages. I can't recommend them highly enough for doing this for me and with a smile. Thank you to the entire team. They are always pleasant and helpful whenever I go in there.

  The store is managed with incredible professionalism. I use the store for personal and business shipping. Top shelf staff!

  Just got charged $4 for two shipping labels to be printed off. The man waiting on me got into a very weird squabble with a delivery driver while he was waiting on me. Super weird and unprofessional. By the time I left I was so completely confused about my Amazon return and they way the man was talking that I just left and didn’t even ask why the hell I was charged that much to print off two literal sheets of paper. Go to a different ups store. There are others.
