  Please clearly indicate on your website that this location does not offer notary services or Power of Attorney notarization services. I went to the store specifically to notarize a document because the website indicated that notary services were available. I made the trip based on the information provided online, only to be told by the employee that the store does not offer the service and to try a nearby bank instead. Other UPS Store locations that state they offer notary services actually provide them, so it is reasonable for customers to rely on the website when deciding where to go. If this particular location does not offer notary services, that should be clearly stated on the website to avoid misleading customers and unnecessary trips.

  I would not recommend this location. The owner of this location charges a $1 fee simply to place a single piece of tape across the top of a customer’s box. Charging $1 for roughly 18 inches of packing tape feels excessive and comes across as price gouging rather than reasonable customer service. While I understand businesses need to cover their costs, fees like this leave a poor impression and make me question how customers are valued. I won’t be returning.

  This UPS Store on 14th St in Traverse City, MI is AMAZING!! Kudos to the owner and staff! Wish my UPS store was like this at home and travels! Clean, friendly and well staffed! I will definitely tell others about your location.Thank you!!
