  Staff is wonderful, even replaced my wipers in the rain. The gentleman with red hair assisted us and I wish we grabbed his name! Top notch service.

  Okay so I was at the store, and with as many questions as I had it was later then the time they closed, but I didn't buy anything... 😱... Instead, one of their extremely knowledgeable employees saved me hundreds upon hundreds of dollars, that were about to be spent on the wrong parts! Together he and I went over what was wrong with it. Basically for my benefit, so I could understand it too LOL, and also how to go about fixing it... While at the same time making sure I was getting the least expensive however still the best quality parts for my money, not to mention him showing me that I would get a better deal online through their website and then I could just have it shipped directly to their store with no extra $$ from me!!! I WILL NOT EVER, NEVER EVER, SHOP AT A DIFFERENT AUTO PARTS STORE IN TRAVERSE CITY AGAIN, I WILL GLADLY PAY EXTRA (although I can say with confidence that I highly doubt with this store that will be necessary, IT'S LIKE THEY ACTUALLY WANT TO HELP YOU SAVE MONEY TOO, I JUST CAN'T GET OVER THAT 🤯!!!!!!!) FOR THEIR SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED TONIGHT!!! Do you guys know how nice it is to actually walk into an auto parts store and the employee that helps you knows more than just where the gas goes in a vehicle?!?!?!?! WHILE EXPLAINING TO ME NOT ONLY DID HE USE THE WORDS "THEORY OF THERMODYNAMICS", BUT HE BOTH SAID & USED IT RIGHT! THANKS AGAIN ADVANCE, YOU GUYS JUST MADE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE RIGHT HERE!!!

  Rude staff. Worst experience ever not sure if it was because I'm a girl and the guy behind the counter thought he could get away with it or what but I will never give advanced auto my business after this experience
