Usually don't have any issues, but today we went in to grab something to eat and there were 2 workers in there. Both completely ignoring us. Stood there for close to 7 minutes. Both of them looked right us multiple times. Neither one said a word. Then, to top it off, the one girl, who I'm assuming was working on an online order, linked her hand before starting to handle the food. GROSS. If your busy, okay. But at least acknowledge the people standing there. Don't ignore them.

I accidentally ordered from the wrong store. The subways are 2 miles apart and they have the exact same address and this guy just refused to return my money then answer the phone there because he said it was his store and his money so he thought he can just not return my money to my debit card.
This is occurred before worst Customer Service ever he can barely speak English whoever he is

What a nightmare. We drove through Three Rivers right after the tornado hit. It was like a bomb had gone off. Everything was closed. I pray the people of Three Rivers will get through this. We have lots of help going that way.

Always nice customer service, always fresh vegetables, bread, meats. Everything is just so delicious! If I could eat it everyday I would! Also, it's super clean in there. Always spotless!
