  Terrible service, not greeted when walking in the door. The rudeness from all workers, and then treated and called stupid, was just uncalled for. I haven't been in the store for a while, but I missed chatting with you, G man Damien. That was the manager. He gave the utmost respect and always went above and beyond. It was sad how he was let go over a lie. I was there in the store that day when everything went down. What he was let go for was not what happened at all. I would love to see him back in this store again. I miss him and his kindness and knowledge.

  Leslie in three rivers Michigan paid for me a new phone because the guy working was crap I paid for new phone and he also gave me a lower plan and gave charger 45 plan and I wanted the 55. I think she deserves a raise and she is nice and I think she should be employee of the month.

  Terrible experience. I would give it a literal 0 star rating if I could. Wasn’t greeted when we arrived, the store was a mess, the worker didn’t act like he had any clue what he was doing, and found it professional to vape right on the sales floor while “helping” us. Google answered my questions better than he did. Left and went to the Sturgis location where I had the best experience. I absolutely will NOT be doing business at the Three Rivers location again. That place has gone downhill.

  Who EVER shot that video of the Tornado at your business yesterday… should have been pushed out of the door and the door locked! Nothing like risking lives to shoot video?!? STUPID!!!
