  I had a great experience at Advance Auto Parts thanks to Johnny and another young team member who helped me choose the right battery for my car. They took the time to listen to what I was looking for, explained my options clearly, and helped me find a solution that fit both my needs and budget. What stood out most was how respectful, patient, and thoughtful they were throughout the entire process. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days, and these two went above and beyond. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful purchase so easy!

  Jason and Johnny did an above and beyond job for me and my situation. They not only help the people they see, but they put in the care that you can’t find anywhere! I couldn’t recommend this place and these guys more!! Amazing amazing people!!

  With the recent ice and snow storms my 4 year old windshield wiper finally called it quits on our relationship, especially after I pulled it from the frozen windshield. 🤣 Jason assisted me at the store and was very kind and professional. He also asked if he could install it for me, which of course, my answer was a resounding "Heck Yes!", this saved me the headache of doing it myself and he had the task completed in seconds! This is a small town and if Jason's personality and attitude is a representative of that, then, I'm sold on this city!

  The employees here are super nice, always happy to help and make sure you find everything you need. I even came in right before close one time and they were still super willing to help!
