  WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A UPS STORE. THEY LOOSE MY PACKAGES 📦 ALL THE TIME AND WHEN I CALL THEM TO FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY PACKAGE I GOT HUNG UP ON 3 TIMES. PICK A DIFFERENT UPS STORE TO PICK UP FROM.

  I honestly cannot remember the last time I was treated so poorly in a place of business. Errors and miscommunications do occur sometimes, unfortunately, but clearly the owner of this store does not empower his employees to provide any resolutions when these things happen. Additionally, the employees were unable to tell me when or how I could speak with the owner, even though he is the only one who can correct anything. My card was charged twice in the same day for payments on a mailbox for which I never had keys and therefore never had access to. And yet, the "manager" on duty was unable to provide me with a copy of whatever documents I allegedly signed for said mailbox. Obviously, this is appalling. You can keep the $60. You clearly need it more than I do.

  Came here on Wednesday April 15th to ship a phone. Moe was helpful during a big ordeal that took place for a week. Informed him this was my first time shipping something and he was able to not only walk me through the process but to state that he’ll be doing all the shipping. Moe made the entire experience calming and great! He was professional and easy to talk to. If you see this Moe, thanks again, you have no idea that so much was going wrong that week and you made it easy for one thing to work quickly! The picture below is Moe, you see this man tell him what’s up!
