  Shipped here a couple times. Package got returned to sender and to this store. When I called the first two times nobody gave a crap to look and kept routing me to the UPS claims and saying it’s at the processing facility. Which they can’t do since it’s a UPS Store. Finally tried a third time and thankfully I caught Serena, who was incredibly helpful, patient, helped troubleshoot the issue and determine the package actually WAS at this location via RTS, and she helped me get it send back out. Management needs to encourage their people to be more like her and actually make an attempt to help a customer with their issue instead of passing it on. Serena was a big help and thankful she helped locate my package and get it re-routed to me.

  Taylor location small. Almost unnoticeable. Not highly populated location. Both times. The guys there friendly.
