This whole establishment is unprofessional and fraudulent! Kelli or Kelly sold me a phone under the guise that it was the 16e iPhone 256gb (but it wasn’t) which was $299.99. decided to create fraud by putting a line on my old phone and that’s not what I requested. The phone that I end up having is the 16e iPhone 128gb(they told me on March 30th they never had the 16e 256gb and Kelly/Kelli lied and said they did and admitted it with a sorry). I only realized this because my iCloud transfer didn’t work. Called customer service/chat and I had to pay an additional $20 to upgrade my phone to the $60 unlimited(it was 15gb)which wasn’t also given. Kelly/Kelli also added insurance plus a phone case that also wasn’t authorized. After all this which was explained to Kelly/Kelli, customer service and her boss Dexter and another Torri. Today April 3rd they decided to say they can’t do anything other than return the phone. Spoke with customer service and they said I can get a replacement for a 17e 256gb with no additional fee. That did not happen. Kelly/Kelli accused me of being aggressive(yes I’m black) after yelling at me then Torri didn’t assist nor help saying I’ll have to pay $530 for a something that they did wrong paying a difference of the 17e. Customer service said they do not have the options to not give me the phone when exchanging this phone because of the mistake on the stores end. Please do not come to this store which is also own by Mobilelink(Kelly/Kelli told me that). You will not be welcomed and they will sell you things that isn’t what you wanted it, have you disgruntled , and accused you of being agressive and won’t take accountability. Now I have to drive to another store to receive what I’m requesting.

i have been with cricket 10 year I asked for a update for like a 100$ credit. they told me sorry that they could not help me and I could not get a credit basically I had no options I did not understand that I was very disappointed and to this day I'm trying to figure out what to do because I work for a heart that cares I have to go to older folks homes add my phone is barely working I say that the policy is terrible get pretty soon my phone will die and it won't turn back on I'll be out of a job in a phone this is the cricket store on wicked telegraph thanks a lot cricket. what horrible phone store

They ripped me off. They charged me $100 to downgrade me from a 5G phone to a 4G phone. I checked my receipt and it clearly states that my phone will not work on the service. They refused to do anything to help me. I'm planning to go to a different service.
