  That manager Bobbie is fantastic hes always so nice respectful and these past few weeks I have gotten the app so been ordering from that and my subs are fantastic 😀 ty to the team 😀

  They made our subs incorrectly so I called them and asked what can we do to get what we actually paid for, they told us a manager would be in from 9am-3pm and to bring the receipt in. I go into the store immediately after that with the receipt and the lady then tells me that the manager won't be in until 4pm so I waited until 4pm. This is almost 3 hours after we ordered, I go in and they say they can’t do anything at all. Worst subway experience I’ve ever had.

  My most recent time attending this location wasnt the best experience... The employees are stretched thin, on top of that, the workplace needs a lot of assistance. I came in around 3 PM, the drive through wasnt taking orders or something, so I came inside and there was only one employee on shift who was responsible for running the whole store. The employee was working hard, he had a line wrapping from the counter to the front door... call me impatient if you will, but I came to get a quick dinner for my family... I made a brief conversation with the guy working, and he revealed that he was the only one on shift for the rest of that night, he asked me to wait... but I personally wouldn't wait 20 plus minutes, to even get my order started... I polietly said "thank you" and walked out of the store... I'm not upset at the employee, he's being paid 11 or 12 dollars an hour, to do the same work that mcdoonalds would hire THREE people for... Im bewildered at the idea that one person is hired to fill the role of a whole team.. with 12 dollar footlongs, are you telling me you can't afford to get ONE more employee on shift, during summer hours nonetheless?

  This subway is terrible. I have gone many times and they are closed. Webpage states 10pm. Show up at 9:10pm and inside is closed and Drive thru is “broken” so pull up to the window if the speaker doesn’t work. 3 cars of ppl were turned away so the guy can leave early! 🤬 Absolutely ridiculous!
