  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My boyfriend and I came to Subway for dinner tonight and had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Chloe. I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever experienced such amazing customer service and such sweet, positive energy from an employee! Chloe was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and upbeat throughout our entire interaction. Her positivity was honestly contagious, and I can genuinely say that I left in a better mood than I was in when I arrived. It’s not often that a simple interaction while grabbing dinner can have that kind of impact, but Chloe absolutely did. We frequent this location pretty regularly, and while we’ve always had good experiences, Chloe truly stood out and made this visit memorable. We just wanted to give her a HUGE shoutout and hope she gets the recognition she deserves for providing such wonderful customer service. Employees like Chloe are the kind of people who make customers want to keep coming back!

  The subway on miller rd in Swartz creek doesn’t give the customer what they want, they put 3 pickles on my 6 inch sub, I asked for extra pickles & was told they can’t due to management orders. I guess I have to find a different subway, one who knows how to treat a customer !

  Firstly, I’d like to appreciate the service I received! I was having a sort of rough day, thankfully Keirus and Shay were working that shift and were amazingly funny and while doing that they made my sub (I gotta mention they did perfectly). Although… my rating is only a 4 star due to the temperature in the place, I feel as though it’s crazily higher than the outside of the store; do look into that. But on a good note, I always look forward to seeing Keirus, Shay, or Bri when I come in (great workers!!). Lots of mixed reviews here about this location, but I can proudly say I had a great time; aside from that temperature in there (please turn that down, it’s killer LOL). Would return!
