  10/10 recommend going to see Shawn! He was amazing. After having a terrible experience with the Three Rivers location, I was very impressed with how well we were handled in Sturgis! I won’t be going anywhere else but the Sturgis location moving forward. Shawn was THE best!

  Love Cricket… but at this location they’re rude and unhelpful. The interaction I had made me almost switch providers. I am not surprised when I saw this location has bad ratings. The man on the phone was impatient and needs to improve his customer service skills.
