    I received amazing customer service from a young lady who works here. I've never returned a package before but she made everything so easy and simple for me. She literally went above and beyond to help me. THE YOUNG WOMAN NEEDS A RAISE AND A PROMOTION! To be honest she really needs to be made CEO

    I always ship everything through UPS and specifically pick it on both of my resale sites… I have two local stores that I can walk into and I’m back out the door in 15 seconds. On top of that, they’re very nice people!

    I have never had a bad experence with the UPS store, the staff has always been friendly, and they get you out fast as well.

    The store location is very convenient and the employees are extremely friendly and helpful. I can't remember ever leaving in a worse mood than I entered. My visits typically last less than 10 minutes and I get helped right away.
