  The UPS store on Schoenherr And Canal is the best. They are always thoughtful and helpful. I’ve been to a lot of other ups stores and this is the best.

  I came into the new location at Schoenherr and Canal in Sterling Heights to send back an Amazon package, and was greeted by your associate Michelle, who was extremely helpful! She notified me of services that UPS offers that I was never even aware of, even after coming into your locations for years. I will definitely return to this location especially since it is conveniently located close to my home!

  I have been a customer of this UPS store having documents notarised and making Amazon returns. One of my experiences making Amazon returns I interacted with an employee named Michelle who was amazing. She was wonderful in her interactions and personality working with me as a customer. My most recent interaction I brought in some Amazon returns, a male who said that he was one of the managers handled my returns. He was very efficient and fast, but could take some lessons from Michelle on interacting with customers making them feel seen, welcome and a person, Not just a transaction that needs to be handled as expeditiously as possible.
