Only 1 guy making subs. Waited 20 mins to be told I'll need to wait another 10 because online orders. Don't bother going in.

Took over 30 minutes to get my sub with only two people in front of me. Only one employee working here alone. While there was a line of 3 people employee said "I'll be back in 10 minutes" and walked away with no one to replace him. Clearly a huge staffing issue. Leaving one employee to handle the entire store by himself is crazy. Leads to poor customer experience, and I feel bad for the staff stuck here alone. Food was good.

This was our worst experience in a Subway location. I had a previous good experience at this location, so I went back today, but the guy taking our order was very rude, not even greeting us when we started to order, or even saying thank you after we paid. We also asked for getting the sub with a combo, but he just threw the receipt in a bad way after we paid. Even though this is a fast-food chain, the store should hire people who want to provide service professionally.
Haven't been to Subway in years and now I will never go back. The guy working there was huffing and puffing telling us this is all we have left and just was super unprofessional the way he was speaking to us slamming things down in the back. If you don't like your job then quit no need to be rude. Went to the chicken shack right next door and had the most pleasant experience after that. Choose chicken shack over Subway!

I went to go grab a sub and first I had to wait 20 minutes while only 2 people were infront of me
Worker named JOE was very rude and told me to leave if I had a problem and that I’m wasting his time for literally NOTHING
JOE IS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL I WILL NEVER RETURN
