  The WORSE. The disrespect towards paying customers are unacceptable. You stand in line for 10 minutes or more without anyone acknowledging you, then when the customers speak up about ordering they comes to only tell you that they are not taking orders you have to wait.

  This location is inside Sterling Heights Assembly Plant. There is sometimes 1 person working maybe 2 depending on staffing. The service has improved over the years and the staff has been replaced with friendly fast workers as the employees are on a very limited break schedule. It would be nice if the prices were more reasonable.

  I ordered a steak and cheese sub and the steak was a little rubbery and after a couple bites I couldn’t eat it anymore. Tried to get my money back 5 minutes after I purchased it but the lady was extremely rude and said she can’t do it without a receipt while having a huge attitude. I will never be eating here again.
