As a DoorDash driver, I had a disappointing experience during a pickup around 3:49 AM on June 13. The employee working the drive-thru insisted that I confirm the order before I could verify it was correct. I explained that drivers are responsible for ensuring they have the right order before confirming pickup, but I was still given a hard time. The interaction felt disrespectful and caused an unnecessary delay, which impacted the customer’s delivery time. I understand stores have policies to prevent theft, but delivery drivers should be treated with professionalism and respect.
Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru line, only ones there. Had no lettuce, onions, or tomato to my BMT sandwich or bacon that I paid $2 for. Received a “$5 gift card” for the mess up, but I don’t feel that fairly covered the issue.

Came in after having to stay late at work totally pissed off and in a terrible mood. Tony's positivity genuinely made my night better, despite how much I had going on. I was ready to start kicking chips off the counter before we started talking and by the time I left I had a smile. He gives it his all and deserves some love

Would give negative stars if I could. My husband and I were treated very poorly by 2 heavy set girls that work there. They were very rude one was cursing and calling us out our names, I would not recommend going here at all, not even if you are on the verge of starving. There is no point of speaking with a manager because according to the reviews they at just as many ignorant, let this place go broke and close don’t waste your money, you shouldn’t be treated like crap and disrespected anytime you go spend your money that you work for anywhere.
