  This location is so hit or miss, but usually a miss when it comes to service quality. No reason at prime lunch time for a customer to be waiting almost 10 minutes for service when no one else is in the store, and the excuse from the worker is they were in the back putting stock away and can't hear anything (including the door bell and myself asking for assistance from the counter). Customers can see the camera feeds in the back that clearly show someone standing at the counter waiting. Maybe if an employee is the only one working, they should perhaps have more situational awareness...

  This place seen better days. I work nearby and I used to get my lunches from this restaurant. Unfortunately recently customer service has been terrible especially when you use a promotion or a coupon. Due to the good past experiences in this establishment I kept going back hoping that things will change but it's only getting worse.
