  Went it to print a large order and forgot to get the big staple thing. Kathy came to the rescue and went above and beyond helping get my orders stapled. Will forever be grateful for her kindness.

  terrible terrible customer service experience. The employees lied to me over the phone management lied to me over the phone. They both were supposed to call me back with results of my package that was not delivered on time and is still not delivered and I got no return call from either after they were supposed to investigate. I have nothing but terrible things to say about this company at Van Dyke in Sterling Heights.
