  One of the worst shipping services out here, DHL does a better job, USPS and UPS towers above FEDEX, fedex has consistently bad service, regardless of which the service is, if UPS or USPS or DHL, or any other 3rd party, is an option, do not select Fedex lol, waste of time and money.

  First time in this place, picking up a FED EX package. I already had issues getting the package to the facility as i was dealing with that all day. I was assuserd via email and text by the sender of my package that they had spoke with fed ex and that my package made it to this location, I get there and was greeted by the worst customer service possible, I was not in the mood to deal with the LOUD RUDE women at the counter after she told me in her loud voice that my package was not there, so I just walked away. I called the sender of my package to send me a new package and send to a different address. I will never walk into this location ever again!! know who you are hiring!!!! She needs anger management!!! I hope you gets help.

  This place is awful! The Indian customer service associate is always rude and unprofessional! Do not recommend going to this place. Worst FedEx location in Michigan
