  Called this store because I saw a fairly rare part was "in stock" on the website. Kelli answered and although I could tell she was super busy, she was so polite and professional. She verified that it was in stock and put eyes on it so I wouldn't waste an 80min drive one-way. Napa had the part marked "in stock" but canceled my order with no explanation so i guess they mislead people like that regularly. Staff here is trained right. Other parts stores get snippy when you just bring them a part number instead of giving them the make/model/trim of your car. Not this place, they trusted I had looked up the right part and went to grab it. Sounds simple, but that little bit goes a long way with me (having two different cars with parts and engines that don't belong in them starts fights at autozone). All said, I wish this store was closer to me. If I ever need anything that other stores don't stock, I'm calling this Advance. I'd rather deal with Kelli and the staff at this store after an hour drive than order something online if I need it quick! Thanks again!

  Walked into the store and was looking for a specific part that none of the other stores or locations had. Just my luck! I had such a pleasant experience with Abby, she had been a tremendous help. Found everything that I was looking for, answered all of my questions with patience and kindness. Wish all of customer service was like this!
