  Serverly understaffed. I made a mobile order at 5:20, arrived at the restaurant at 5:40 when it said it would be done and ended up waiting another 20 minutes because the solo employee served everyone else in the restaurant before getting to my order placed ahead of time.

  Every since new ownership has taken over this store has gone down. The portions of the meat on a regular footlong sub has reduced to nearly half of what it was. I am done with this subway i keep giving them chances and it keeps getting worse. I orded double cucumber on my most recent sub and got 4 slices on the entire foot long. The service isnt the best either they are freindly but if you dont watch them while making your sub they go rouge and start adding stuff they think you will like twice in the last year while in the store watching them i have had to have them start a whole sub over because they start adding oil and vingar to it with out asking if i want it or me asking for it if i could give them a 0 stars i would.

  Just picked up my subway order today at the Saint-Charles subway. Can't your employee follow direction when you order online. Had a ham and cheese with light lettuce, tomato, mayo,salt and pepper. Got a ham and cheese , lots of lettuce and onions. Good thing I have dogs they really seemed to enjoy it. Except they spit out the onions and lettuce too.

  The staff was great, however you should be ashamed making them work with no air conditioning to save money when is 83 outside and hotter in the restaurant because they are running toasters and ovens. Your thermostat read over 100 when we asked the employee. So many people walked out because they could not stand to wait in the heat. You should be ashamed. I felt terrible for the young man you left working in that without even a fan.

  It was so hot in there with no air conditioning I could barely stand to be in there sweat pouring off my forehead as I wait for my sandwich it had to be 95 to 100° inside that building When you go somewhere to get lunch on a hot day, you expect to be able to eat in a cool environment I felt very bad for the employee that had to be in there all day. Shame on you for not letting them turn on the air.
