  Just picked up my subway order today at the Saint-Charles subway. Can't your employee follow direction when you order online. Had a ham and cheese with light lettuce, tomato, mayo,salt and pepper. Got a ham and cheese , lots of lettuce and onions. Good thing I have dogs they really seemed to enjoy it. Except they spit out the onions and lettuce too.

  It saddened me to have gone in to get a sub this afternoon and to be blasted by how HOT it was in there while waiting for my sub to be made. I felt so bad for the employee that had to work in it. If you can’t afford to run the air conditioning for your employees and customers to be comfortable while working/eating then you shouldn’t operate this business.

  The staff was great, however you should be ashamed making them work with no air conditioning to save money when is 83 outside and hotter in the restaurant because they are running toasters and ovens. Your thermostat read over 100 when we asked the employee. So many people walked out because they could not stand to wait in the heat. You should be ashamed. I felt terrible for the young man you left working in that without even a fan.

  It was so hot in there with no air conditioning I could barely stand to be in there sweat pouring off my forehead as I wait for my sandwich it had to be 95 to 100° inside that building When you go somewhere to get lunch on a hot day, you expect to be able to eat in a cool environment I felt very bad for the employee that had to be in there all day. Shame on you for not letting them turn on the air.

  young lady was very helpful and polite. Food was good also. They do need to fix air conditioning, it was very warm inside store.
